1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StaffCord, a project by Vapih, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

StaffCord is a platform that connects Discord server owners with potential staff members (moderators, developers, event hosts, etc.). It includes profile discovery, private direct messaging between users, configurable contact methods, and a cosmetics store. We simply provide the platform; we do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the performance of any user.

3. User Conduct

When using StaffCord, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users — including through direct messages.
• Send spam, scams, unsolicited advertising, or malicious links in messages or your profile.
• Provide false, misleading, or deceptive information in your profile or contact details.
• Post inappropriate, hateful, or illegal content anywhere on the platform.
• Attempt to bypass our security, content filters, blocks, or premium features.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, and repeated or serious violations may result in an immediate and permanent ban from StaffCord.

4. Messaging, Reports & Moderation

Direct messages are intended for genuine communication between server owners and staff. You may block any user at any time. You may report profiles or messages that break these rules; our moderation team reviews reports and may review the reported content. We may issue warnings that you must acknowledge before continuing to use the site. We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts to keep the platform safe.

5. Premium & Store Purchases

StaffCord offers Premium membership and one-time cosmetic items (backgrounds, effects, frames, name styles, and cursors). Premium is a one-time purchase per period and does not auto-renew. Payments are handled securely through our gateway (Vapih Pay). All payments are final and non-refundable unless legally required. Limited-time items may never return once their drop ends. Any attempt to chargeback or dispute a valid transaction will result in an immediate ban and revocation of premium status and purchased items.

6. Limitation of Liability

StaffCord and Vapih are not responsible for any interactions, agreements, or disputes that occur between users on or off the platform — including arrangements made through direct messages or external contact methods. You hire or work for others at your own risk. We do not guarantee the safety, quality, or legality of any server or user.

7. Vapih Ownership

StaffCord is owned and operated by Vapih. The StaffCord branding, design, and codebase belong to Vapih. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our platform without explicit permission.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
